Shipping Policy The Cookie Dealer

At The Cookie Dealer, we take pride in delivering freshly baked cookies straight to your door. Below are the details of our shipping process, costs, and policies.
Due to the current increase in parcel thefts across the UK, we do not permit orders to be left unattended at delivery addresses. If you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place, you must contact us prior to dispatch. Please note that by requesting this, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered.The Cookie Dealer cannot be held liable for any loss or theft of items left unattended at the delivery address
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across United Kingdom including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland. International destinations excluding Europe.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Once your order is baked and packed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
3. Delivery Times & Costs
PLEASE NOTE, we offer next day shipping Monday to Wednesday, NOT next day DELIVERY!
Service: DPD Next Day delivery £5.50
Other destinations will be shipped using Royal Mail 24-48hr tracked service. For global destinations we use DHL or Fedex (please contact us for bespoke shipping service).
We ship orders on following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday. All orders must be placed by 9pm the day before.

Express shipping is available for urgent orders at an additional cost.
4. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us at hello@thecookiedealer.co.uk if further assistance is needed.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
6. Perishable Goods & Delivery Responsibility
Since our cookies are perishable, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders left outside, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect addresses.
We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.
