The idea for The Cookie Dealer dates back to 2017, when we won a trip to New York! While most tourists visited the Statue of Liberty, we went in search of the best food the city had to offer.By 2020, with an ever-growing cookie obsession, we decided to embark on transforming a run-down stable building owned by David’s parents into a purpose-built cookie bakery—all without ever having sold a single cookie.We set out with one mission: to create the ultimate cookies, using only the finest ingredients and delivering unparalleled customer service.

Fast forward to 2025, we have sold hundreds of thousands of cookies worldwide with our amazing team—and we’ve even added some serious firepower to the brand, with Grenade founder Juliet Barratt joining the company.
